FREEDOM FOR WOMEN
THROUGH TRAINING AND EDUCATION
From humble beginnings in a rented garage with just one girl, the project now operates out of a purpose-built facility that provides training and employment for up to 100 women.

These women come from very disadvantaged backgrounds and are living in extreme poverty.
Besides a salary, these women are given a free hot midday meal at work and free healthcare at CMCT’s hospital and healthcare centre located in the same building. Their children are placed in CMCT’s sponsorship programme.

The women’s training programme is 18 months long.
