LIFE CHANGING
BREAKING THE POVERTY CYCLE
Over its 35 years of operation, many young men have completed this course and have been able to break the cycle of poverty in their lives.
It is for older teenage boys who come from poverty and were not able to finish school.
Each course lasts 18 months.
This is a government recognized course and at the end the boys sit a government exam. Completing the course and passing the government exam enables these young men to apply for a good job.
Subjects Include
- Electrical and electronics engineering
- Computer hardware
- Mobile phone repair
- Air-conditioning and refrigerator repair
Students also undertake English and Mathematic classes.
A range of other holistic, all-round training is given in other areas as well.
CMCT now has a good rapport with many potential employers making it easier for their students to get a good job.
